Top 1-piece Abutment in Dental Implants

If there is no problem with the insertion direction, top 1-piece abutment used in most dental implant cases. It is connected intraorally using an abutment holder after a proper abutment is selected by measuring gingival cuff and abutment height with a trial kit. A 30 Ncm torque is loaded and, if needed, a direct impression is prepared and taken using a carbide bur. If the amount of intraoral preparation is large because of an incorrect insertion direction, extraoral milling is performed using impression coping and by using a transfer jig it is transferred intraorally.
